First to PHOTOS: The ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing System) falls way short in this category, only providing space for a maximum of 6 photos, to placate the Internet buyer's need to gorge on photographic evidence that the house has appeal. Realtor.com does an equally poor job of providing space for additional photos of the property. And, unless the agent, hired to market the property, has paid Realtor.com to own an Enhanced Web Site (somewhere around $700 per year), one house looks just like any other house found on Realtor.com.
